Oh most gracious father, I thank You for including me in the blessings of Abraham through Christ. I am blessed through the promises You made to him. Your word tells me that things written in former days were written for my instruction and through endurance, and through the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope. I know that obedience yields blessings and disobedience will make me a part of the promised curse. I am made rich because of Your blessings and I have no sorrow. Thank You for Your everlasting promises. Showers of blessing are round about me. Lord God, You are blessing me each day I live on earth. Thank You for blessing me with all spiritual blessings. Heavenly Father, let me not give up nor quit but persevere to walk in the blessings and to bless others on my journey. Let me never hold on to anything as if it were truly mine. Let my heart, mind, and soul be ever reminded that the earth is Yours and the fullness thereof. Blessed is Your Holy Name! Amen

In addition to exploring our spiritual well being, I blog about physical and mental health habits. I am 62 years old. Unlike some ladies, I am proud to have made it to the age of 62. Though I've traveled up and down many rugged life trails, God has been and is good to me. I rarely need to visit my physician. I love sharing with others things I've learned throughout my life.
