We cannot control that sinful nature inside us…that’s why Romans 5:6 tells us “When we were utterly helpless, Christ came at just the right time and died for us sinners. Grace is the sovereign (or superior) act of God by which we are drawn irresistibly to Him…Ephesians 1:5 says… “God decided in advance to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ. This is what he wanted to do, and it gave him great pleasure.
Hello,
My name is Mary and I am so happy you took the time to stop by. If you have issues, trials, and tribulations, then you are in the right place. Here you will find encouraging information to help you persevere to reach your destiny according to the will of God. I struggle with issues just like anyone else. My way of handling trials and emotional turmoil is prayer and seeking the truth in the Word of God (The Bible).
If you do not believe in the Word of God and trust it, then this is not the place for you. Who but our maker knows how we operate as humans. God left behind our instruction manual (I believe) so we won’t self-destruct. Join me and let’s strive to find our destiny according to the will of God. Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV) says: For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
In addition to exploring our spiritual well being, I blog about physical and mental health habits. I am 62 years old. Unlike some ladies, I am proud to have made it to the age of 62. Though I've traveled up and down many rugged life trails, God has been and is good to me. I rarely need to visit my physician. I love sharing with others things I've learned throughout my life.
