Isaiah 26:3 Tells us: Thou wilt keep him I perfect peace, who’s mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.
Have you notice that you are not at peace lately? Maybe you have been concentrating on how you are going to pay your bills, an uncompleted work project or may be some type of family issue is really bothering you a lot. What is it that constantly stays on your mind?
Like the scripture above tells us, God want us to trust him and he will keep us in perfect peace. However, it is not easy to keep your mind on someone you cannot see. Overall, that is the real problem. We are guided pretty much by our emotions and sometimes that gets to be so cumbersome.
However, the only way to get out of the mode or worry is to divert your thoughts to pleasant things. We cannot think on pleasant things until we allow God to transform our minds to think in the spiritual realm and not the natural realm.
We are spiritual beings in a physical body, possessing a soul. The problem is we must learn to operate as who we really are “Spiritual being” When the body dies, it goes back to the dust. However our spirit never dies, but it will go back to whomever you served while you were here on this earth in that body.
God is a God of Peace
